Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce over  Egg Noodles w/ Green Beans

Your choice of white or dark meat sautéed with herbs, mushrooms and white wine served over egg noodles with a side of green beans

Pork Piccata Limonata over Linguine with Sauteed Eggplant

Pork pounded thin, sautéed with lemon, white wine and caper sauce and served on a bed of linguine with a side of garlic sauteed eggplant.

Chinese Ginger Beef and Fresh Vegetables

Fresh ginger forms the base of the marinade.  The beef is then stir-fried with vegetables and served with jasmine rice

Chicken Saltimbocca with Risotto and Sauteed Artichoke Hearts

Chicken breast sautéed in white wine and a little lemon juice with sage and prosciutto with risotto and sauteed artichoke hearts

Beef  Satay (this can also be made with chicken or pork)

Beef marinated in thai spices and served with a peanut sauce, steamed rice and vegetables

Miso Glazed Fish with Ginger Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Miso and soy glazed fish served with ginger mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed corn.

Spinach and Cheese Lasagna

A combination of spinach and ricotta cheese are layered in between the lasagna noodles and cooked in a rich tomato sauce

Baked stuffed Acorn Squash (vegetarian)

Acorn squash stuffed with vegetables and quinoa
